When together, they balance each other out and keep my scalp from getting to oily or too dry. When I used the serum after shampoo/ conditioner, it gave me a fresh slightly cooling feeling right after applying it which quickly goes away. I use several dropper-fulls for one application. It's been around a month since I started using it and I already see less hair fall in between washes.

I love how smooth it feels. Sometimes I air dry my hair and even after that it looks and feels fresh and healthy. The texture is not too thick or thin. Very easy to work into my hair. I leave it in for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing to ensure a deep condition. Rinses out nicely. The packaging makes it easy to squirt out just the right amount and store upright. After 6 weeks I am loving the results. I think I have finally found the conditioner that works great for my hair. Thank you!
