Just beware after tension from braids the sensation might be alarming on your hair. It calms down after while. I use it on my braids and braid downs too.

I have been using this every night (even if I didn't wash my hair) for about 6 weeks now and seen the effects about 2 to 3 weeks in. It smells amazing and has a slight cooling effect which helps you know where you're putting it. Love that it is not greasy at all and it dries down perfectly even if you put a lot.

But not weighed down, I put it in, and I typically kind of just pin my hair up in the shower. And then just rinse it out at the end. So it really has a chance to penetrate it leaves it feeling nice and soft and it smells good, and I mean, it's a little difficult to discuss. If it made my hair any stronger in the short period of time that I tested it. But I think it's a nice choice.
