I used it for a few days after starting the shampoo & conditioner, but had to discontinue use. My scalp would start to itch, so I couldn't continue using it. I was very sad because I love products like this, but I just couldn't. Easy directions to follow & use. My hair remained soft & clean looking even after application. I would definitely give it a try if you are looking for a product like this. Pantee makes great products.

My hairline is very thin but this has made my hair feel thicker and stronger. It dries super fast and doesn't make my hair feel greasy at all! The consistency isn't too runny or light it's more of a thicker almost lotion type consistency. My hair feels so soft after using along with the shampoo. Doesn't not personally help with dry scalp but everyone is different

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received this product in exchange for my honest review. First off, I recommend using the shampoo and conditioner to complete the routine. Pantene's new scalp and root serum is made for daily use and contains vitamins and niacinamide for strong and healthy hair. You can use this serum with wet or dry hair. While testing, I used this on my damp, just showered hair. The serum was easy to apply and it made my scalp feel great. I usually air dry my hair, but you can also blow dry it after application. I feel that using the 3 step routine, my hair shedding has improved greatly, and I would recommend trying it out especially if you want to improve hair thinning/shedding.

It smells amazing and leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth after rinsing. My hair felt easy to brush through and looked shiny after styling. While I did enjoy how soft and fresh my hair felt, I did notice a bit more hair shedding than usual while using this line. I'm not completely sure if it's related, but it was something I observed during use. Overall, I really liked the scent and how smooth it made my hair feel.

I don't feel it was very flowery, but it did have a bit of a floral scent and I loved it. I use this product for the allotted times that it specified, and I've added some photos of before I started using the product and after. I don't feel that there was any visible difference between the beginning of the product being used and now. There was no added growth. I did find, however, that it did make my hair feel very soft.
