[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the 3-part system for over a month. I wash & condition my hair twice a week, and used the serum every day 2x a day. The conditioner made my hair feel a little softer and aided in detangling. It does contain 4 ingredients that help in strengthening the hair: glutamic acids, panthenol, histidine, and oleic acid. I'm only leaving the conditioner on my hair/scalp for a few minutes but it may be of better use to leave on as a deep conditioner for 30 minutes in order to really get the ingredients to penetrate the scalp. Anyway, I did notice new growth baby hairs coming in around my crown. My hair grows slowly so I think with the continued use and practice, over the course of the year the results will be much more significant. I will purchase and continue to use for a much longer term.
