I didn't know my hair and scalp needed this product until continued use. This can be used on wet or dry hair. Fill the dropper and apply to the scalp all over and gently rub in. My scalp has never felt better,nourished!! I use this daily and I don't have dry itchy scalp. Doesn't leave residue,and is not sticky. Rinses easily.
