Between the shedding, dryness, and my scalp feeling totally out of balance I was desperate for a product that would help without adding much to my already full routine. That's where Pantene Pro-V Scalp and Root Serum came in. I've been using this product for about six weeks now and I'm honestly quite impressed. The serum is super lightweight and doesn't leave my hair, feeling greasy or weighted down (which was my biggest fear). I just use the dropper to apply small amounts to sections of my scalp when I get out of the shower and massage it in. It absorbs quickly and leaves my scalp feeling hydrated. Since starting it, my scalp feels healthier and less dry and my roots look a little bit more revived instead of flat and tired -which, let's be honest, is exactly how I feel after keeping two little humans alive all day. It also has a light and refreshing scent which is not overpowering. If you're in the postpartum trenches, dealing with scalp changes or hair that just isn't behaving like it used to, this serum is definitely one to try. It's an easy, low maintenance edition to a routine that already feels full enough. 💛

When I first massaged this serum into the scalp, the initial feeling was a slight burning sensation. It was very mild and lasted for a few seconds. I used about three to four full dropper amounts in total for my whole scalp. My scalp quickly absorbed the product. It has a very fruity and pleasant smell. The reason I do not fully approve is that it left white residue on my hair. No matter how much or how little of this product I applied, the residue would show up. Overall this hair regimen was a game changer for me. My shedding is very minimal and despite my high stress moments with home renovations, hypothyroidism and peri-menapause, this system was well worth it and it delivers what it promises. I have already bought extras for myself and my Mother.

The way the conditioner made my hair feel so soft, I couldn't stop running my fingers through my hair.I have dandruff and can't use many products cause it makes my head so itch. But this didn't make my head itchy. I would recommend this product without a doubt.

I feel my hair may be a little stronger, but haven't noticed a difference overall in the shedding of my hair. It leaves hair feeling smooth, no greasiness and not oily.

Super lightweight, not greasy at all, and makes my hair feel stronger from the base. Perfect if you wanna give your hair some TLC without the heavy stuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has become a shower staple and I use every time I wash my hair. Mae's my har strong. I have split ends and this has helped a lot with them. Also I have breakage due to wearing my hair up a lot and this has helped with that as well.

Also when I add conditioner in the shower, I am usually able to run my fingers through my hair before I rinse it out because it is smoothing out my hair. I was not able to do that with this stuff. It seemed to tug and not smooth my hair. The little beads in it did nothing also. Would not want to use.
