You can apply it and leave it in for 1 to 3 minutes before rinsing. My hair started feeling stronger and I'm having less breakage.

I like the smell and it's not overpowering and I'm sensitive to smells. It's easy to apply to my roots. I didn't notice a big change in my hair though. I noticed some new growth but even after over a month, nothing was a drastic change. It's still worth a try.

It's made it feel soft and glossy. She just applied it to the scalp rubbed it in with her fingertips on dry and wet hair. She says it works better on dry. She also said it doesn't make your hair feel greasy once dried which is a huge plus!!
