Has ingredients in it that protect and moisturize your hair and I feel like it leaves my hair feeling soft and voluminous. A small amount will lather and make your hair, soft and shiny. I have curly hair that gets tangled easy but I did not have that problem with conditioner. When rinsing it out I had less hair loss after using for 6 weeks.
