The conditioner has antioxidants and melting pro V pearls in it the pearls reinforce the hair fiber from the core increasing its resilience against breakage without weighing the hair down. I have fine hair and have lost a lot of its volume due to postpartum hair loss and I can use this conditioner without it, causing any buildup or grease in my hair for days. I love the way this conditioner makes my hair feel and it smells really good. I received the trio with the shampoo and hair serum along with the conditioner and I feel like all three together work really well for causing your hair to stop shedding. My hair was coming out in clumps in the shower and after using this product for six weeks I only have a few strands when I take a shower now. I am definitely going to continue using this product until it is empty and would definitely consider repurchasing.

About a quarter amount is all I need for my medium lengthed hair. It leaves my hair incredibly soft and smooth without any heavy buildup that I've experienced with another Pantene Conditioner I used in the past. I've had hardly any shedding and my hair is no longer breaking. When washing my hair I used to have hair falling out in the shower, but no longer! Overall my hair feels healthier, fuller, and stronger, and I I'm really happy with the difference this conditioner has made.

There was also no instructions on the bottle so I just put it lightly on my scalp a few times per week. There is no residue or greasy scalp after applying. I feel like I would need to at least finish the entire bottle or maybe even 2 to grasp if it really does much. I'll keep using it until the end and seeing it makes any difference in growth, strength etc.
