I loved that this conditioner is the perfect size whereas most times you get a huge condioner and small size shampoo that is used up three times as fast. The conditoner washed out really easily which is a big thing for me. After even a single use my hair felt soft and the scent was very light, sweet, and slightly fruity. After a month of use my hair felt stronger and had significantly less breakage. My hair was also growing in better in spots is had starter to look and feel sparce.

The texture is creamy but not too heavy, and it rinses out easily. My hair feels softer, smoother, and easier to brush. It also helps reduce frizz and makes my hair look healthier and fuller . I apply on wet hair by parting my hair and apply a full dropper and then gently massage it into my scalp. Once I have done each section then I style as usual and it doesn't weight my hair down. Hair feels soft and strong with all the vitamins to give the texture. The serum has a dropper so is super easy to apply. I seen less breakage and strong hair.

My hair has been healthy so I can't comment there. Overall, recommend only if you're pairing it with the matching shampoo.
