[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After shampooing, I was hoping that the conditioner would restore moisture lost during that process. It didn't. I have 3 & 4 types hair that coils. It is also high porosity. I saw no benefits in using product. My hair was left feeling dry and less manageable. I also continued to experience shedding. Due to these factors, I would not recommend this product to people with my hair types.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this serum. I don't know how it does it, but this is not greasy, smells great and my hair seems fuller and healthier. I definitely see a reduction in hair fall. I've started referring the whole system to friends. I part my hair and add about a half of the dropper of serum along the part. I then rub it in with my finger tips, move over about 2-3” and repeat. The process takes 2, maybe 3 minutes and is definitely worth it.

The scent is a bit fruity and sweet i love the smell. The way to use it is just to apply through every strand wait 1-3 minutes then rinse it.

It is lightweight and non greasy. My roots feel much more refreshed. I I was impressed to see niacinamide on the label ingredients usually reserved for high end skincare.

Easy to apply on wet or dry hair with its easy dropper applicator. Upon application you feel a tingly, cool sensation. I experienced slight new hair growth but DID notice less shedding, my hair feels fuller, I have extra volume and less breakage! Is not sticky, doesn't build up and easy to apply.

It's lightweight and absorbs fast - no greasy or heavy feeling, even right before I normally style my hair. It targets scalp directly which make sense since that really where hair loss starts. After a couple weeks of using it consistently, my scalp feels healthier and I'm seeing less shedding overall. Rounding out the 3-step system with the shampoo and conditioner, and honestly this combo has made me feel a lot more in control of my hair loss instead of just anxious about it.
