However has far as rinse out and manageability goes this does not get the tangles out of my hair what so ever so no points there from me!

It has a gel like consistency that will dry fast when you blow dry but it also absorbs on its own. Especially when applied to wet hair, I feel the tingle on my scalp which I enjoy
