[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely loved this product. It came in a nice glass bottle that was beautiful in color. There was plenty of product in it. I have yet to run out. It made my scalp feel like a cool breeze was blowing through it. All you do to apply is fill up the dropper, apply to sections of your scalp and massage it in. I feel like it made my hair stronger and I have a ton of wild baby hairs. My hair has stopped falling out by the handfuls as well.

I find it to be equal with the shampoo and serum though when it comes to the ingredients. They do not work well on my hair and leave it looking very greasy, very quickly.

Smells amazing. Makes my hair feel stronger and softer at the same time. Great product. Good size for a conditioner.

I had a little bit more to wait on the regrowth but it looked stronger and fuller than it ever has. The whole system has a medicine scent but it works very well and absorbs quick into your scalp.

I did use the Pantene serum until the bottle is empty so I can get the full effect of the product. Now you do have to make sure your hair is damp to apply the serum to your scalp. Me, I did apply to my damp hair but once it dried it left a "clumping of the hair strands." Once I brushed it got better. The serum did irritate my scalp just a little bit but not enough to where I had to wash it out. I'm a heavy shutter when it comes to my hair but I did not see a difference, That's why I used the entire bottle just to see if it improved. You have to trust the process with the serum. This is not a used for 2 weeks and it didn't work product. Keep in mind everybody's hair is different.
