Cons: it made my hair shed way more than before I started using it. Not good when its main job is to reduce shedding & build strength. Overall I was really disappointed in this product despite having high hopes. I used the serum 4-5 times a week for about 3 wks and noticed my hair seemed to be shedding more since I started using it. I stopped using it for 2 weeks and noticed a huge improvement. This was a fail for my hair but maybe it'll work well for someone else.

The texture is lightweight and lathers nicely. After rising, my hair already feels fresh, soft and super clean without that squeaky dryness. I did not feel any dryness after, I did not help the volume of my hair and I don't know if it affected my Hayr health but it was a good conditioner overall

I really liked the beads in the conditioner as well. I felt the squeeze bottle helped with dispensing the product better than a pump would've. I didn't mess up my extensions either.
