I do once a week add a deep conditioner to my ends in addition to this conditioner. It goes on well and rinses well. My hair feels very soft. My hair stylist doesn't know I'm using Pantene and said my hair felt great the last time I got my hair cut. Normally my hair is very prone to split ends but I think this helped a lot. I do feel like there is less shedding but it is hard to quantify. I would recommend.

It may have helped the growth which I thought but I never thought it would be as strong and healthy as it is
