I did notice less shedding! It contains pro- vitamin B5, which strengthens and smooths hair. It also has niacinamide, which supports scalp health and reduces oxidative stress. It comes with a dropper for easy use.

It is very easy to apply to the roots all over the head and it usually took 3 full droppers to cover my scalp. Once applied I just had to massage it into my skin and you definitely could feel it working. It made my head feel like I had vaporizing rub on it. It felt cool, tingly and "minty" in the best ways. It says its meant to strengthen the scalps hold on hair roots to help retain hair and I definitely saw less hair in my comb and brush after use compared to before use.

My hair is starting to grow longer without the breaking and the split ends. I can tell a difference since I started using this. I would highly recommend.

The directions were to split the hair into four parts and apply to the scalp, but I found it difficult to do this on my own, especially when I would ideally want to apply it to the back of my head.

Doesn't irritate my scalp which I really appreciate. I saw improvement on my hair but about on shiny and smooth hair. Really good. Cons. I didn't see a significant improvement about hair loss which looks like the main goal of this product.
