It keeps my hair moisturized and less breakage. I rinsed well after I use it after the shampoo. I like the package because I can easily squeeze every bit so I won't waste any product when it is near the end. You just need a dollop of the conditioner and massage into the hair and leave it on for 3 minutes.

It's color safe as well as nourishing. For the formula it has Pro-Vitamin B5 Complex and Niacinamide. I can't use much of this product because it starts to make my hair look oily. Therefore, I just use 1 dropper on my middle part. For the scent it smells like coconut and woody. I personally don't like the scent.

I have also been using it together with the shampoo and scalp & root serum from the same Abundant & Strong line, and they work well as a combo. Using all three products together makes my hair feels softer healthier and styfrom root to ends. After using the full routine for a while, I noticed my hair looks fuller and feels thicker, especially around the roots. Overall, the conditioner does a great job moisturizing and smoothing my hair, and it works even better when used with the full Pantene system.
