I used it not very often , but maybe once - twice per week on dry , clean scalp. It doesn't leave any greasy feeling or residue. The value is enough to use this product every day for 3 months. But I definitely noticed a difference in my hair, as I was getting regrowth, and notice less hair in the shower and hair brush!
