And it is lightweight, definitely not heavy. You apply it daily and rub it into your scalp. If you skip a shampoo, still apply the serum. My hair quality overall has improved. I color my hair no more than 3x a year and have curly hair that I straighten by blowdrying so I do have that damage. Ive continued using the product and I'll buy when it runs out..

It hasn't been long enough yet to say whether my hair has started growing more or not, but I definitely enjoy using it. Does not affect hair drying time and does not leave hair sticky. Less breakage. The consistency is watery like and a coconut scent that isn't too appealing. I don't like how the scent gets worse on the scalp or how greasy it makes my hair the next day. I didn't see a difference in usage.

I noticed after about a week of using this, it did weigh my hair down just a bit. It didn't help with split ends. It felt like my roots were burning. It did make my scalp itchy a little bit.

I have tried lots of serums, supplements, shampoos, and conditioners, so I consider myself an aficionado. I am 2/3 through the bottle and have noticed many new baby hairs around my hairline. I have not seen an extremely noticeable difference filling in the sparse areas on the sides, but I do believe with consistent use, this does help strengthen the hair root and contributes to less shedding.
