[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical about anything helping make my hair stronger and I was honored to get to try the pantene prov V miracles abundant & strong scalp and root serum for my honest opinion. My scalp was beginning to show missing hair loss. When I started using this product I didn't immediately see results for at least 3 weeks. My scalp stopped itching, the texture is a silky but yet thick texture unlike most serums and it absorbs quickly especially if you suffer from dry damaged hair. The packaging was nice as well as the bottle. I highly recommend this product. I suggest getting the shampoo and conditioner as well for the complete system.

The texture is lightweight and doesn't make my scalp feel greasy or heavy, which is always my biggest concern with root products. It absorbs pretty quickly and doesn't leave buildup, even when I use it a few days in a row. After a couple of weeks, my scalp feels healthier and less dry, and my hair at the roots feels stronger when I style it. I'm not seeing dramatic “overnight” changes, but my hair does look fuller at the root and feels more resilient overall. It also layers well with my usual hair routine and doesn't interfere with blow-drying or styling. Overall, it's an easy product to use and feels like it's actually doing something for scalp health rather than just sitting on the surface. I'd keep using it and would consider repurchasing, especially if you're looking for something gentle that won't weigh your hair down.

My hair never felt and looked so good, as a aging woman in her mid thirties this is a godsend conditioner. It smoothes my hair sufficiently, and rinses out evenly. Wasn't a fan of the scent smelled like coconut which I am not a fan of. I don't know if it really helped with breakage but it worked nice as an overall conditioner.

As long as you massage it into the hair and scalp as instructed, it is not one bit oily and it doesn't leave crusty residue. It feels nourishing and silky and really helped me regrow more hair I didn't even know I was missing. My hair was already at its strongest when I switched to Pantene so the fact I've seen so much improvement is just that much more impressive. I tend to reach for luxury beauty products but it's products like Abundant and Strong that keep my mind open to most serious brands. I love it!

The strength of the scent isn't strong but it does make my hair feel a little dry, The feel of my hair after it dries is kind of soft.

I have not seen a reduction in hair shedding, but I have been using the complete system for over a month and while I do feel as it provides a nice cleanse and wash, I'm not overly impressed with the results. Also, the cost is quite high for drugstore brand.
