I can actually add this to my daily routine and not have to worry about having greasy hair all day. It absorbs quickly and very easy to use on dry or wet hair. I did notice less breakage and did notice my hair a bit fuller. It does have a slight alcohol scent but nothing over powering. It's a great option for maintaining healthier looking hair
