[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this serum for several weeks. It has a nice scent. Doesn't weight down my hair or make my scalp oily. Best of all my scalp hasn't been dry in weeks. I have had less hair breakage and less hair fall out. I'm actually very pleasantly happy with this scalp and root serum. A little goes a long way too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using this conditioner with the accompanying shampoo and serum for 6 weeks, I have to say that I feel as if I have less fallout than before. I only wash my hair everyday other day, so I don't know if that makes a difference. I haven't had to do the same amount of vacuuming as before. I've probably only had to clean half the time as I used to. I haven't noticed sparse areas getting fuller, but I've noticed more baby hairs growing and staying. I can't wait to see what 6 more weed will be like. I do love the scent so the fact that this conditioner smells the same as the shampoo is probably one of my favorite parts of showering. It just smells super luxe. I'll definitely get another set once I run out.

First of all, growing up, my hair was so thick my mom would complain but I'd give anything to go back to that. After 2 kids, hormonal issues, and a lot of stress my hair is so thin. I shed everywhere but after the shower when I see it all collected in one place, it gets very depressing. The conditioner, like the shampoo and serum, smells good. I don't typically use conditioner on my scalp but this specifically said to use on scalp and leave on for up to 3 minutes. Unlike other conditioners that leave my hair weighed down and oily, this did not. I didn't feel like I had to use a ton for it to work. I used the shampoo and conditioner every 2-3 days and the serum I used daily. After laying in bed with the flu for days, my husband who nice really notices anything, even commented on how nice my hair looked lol. As you can see, not very long using this system and my hair seems to have less breakage at the temples and I've definitely had less shedding in the shower.

The consistency is very weird though and has beads in it but don't let that intimidate you! It rinses out well and it works amazing! The packaging is super cute also! I've said it before and I'll say it again: this obsession with niacinamide stemming from all the K-beauty trends and flooding the western beauty market needs to stop. This scalp serum comes in a beautifully heavy frosted glass dropper bottle. Super straightforward to distribute slightly yellow hued, thick liquid on the scalp. It smells absolutely fabulous, like ripe, juicy apricot and the price is perfect. However as someone with sensitive skin that extends to the scalp where it's even more sensitive than face, this is a highly irritating serum. Immediately broke me out resulting in giant red rashes that turned into painful scabs and sores. No. Just no. Pantene, do better.
