[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using it for more than a couple of months, I genuinely feel that this serum is working. Although my hair fall hasn't stopped, I can still see those baby hairs in the front growing back. One thing which I feel is unnecessary is the menthol effect - I don't know why it's important to give a sensational feeling to make believe that the product is working. It's not something that irritates my scalp but I just feel that it's an unnecessary ingredient. Overall, it's a nice serum to use with Pantene Abundant & Strong Shampoo and Conditioner.

I was super pleasantly surprised at how well this conditioner worked on my bleached, dry hair. My daughter (has untreated hair) and I really liked this. Way more than any other conditioners we have used from the grocery store.

It absorbed into my scalp well despite my low porosity hair. Unfortunately though it caused itchiness and dryness. Alcohol is an ingredient so that explains a lot. I would never buy because of that. I needed a few oil treatments to have a healthy scalp again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This conditioner smells amazing! It is thick and coats the strands nicely, and leaves my hair feeling soft. I have lots of body and my thin, fine hair has a lot of shine. But by the end of the day, my scalp is already dirty looking.

The application is very easy thanks to the dropper, and it feels incredibly fresh on my scalp without any stinging or irritation. Although it has an oily consistency, it is not sticky at all and is very easy distribute. It smells amazing, and most importantly, it actually works; after a few weeks of use, I noticed my hair is falling out much less. My hair feels stronger and healthier.
