[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found this product easy to use. I like that it's part of a complete system that's main focus is to reduce hair loss. The serum itself is thick but not goopy. It slides easily onto the scalp leaving your hair nourished and feeling good. It's smells good and doesn't make your hair greasy. I seem to loose a lot of hair as I'm postpartum so I can't say it helped too much with that but it could if you were going through the hormonal change of postpartum. Definitely worth trying

The other steps of the program (shampoo and conditioner) made my hair break off more. I know that the hair where my scalp is looks the same if not maybe a little more thicker? I used it every time I showered and I liked it. I like the bottle it came in. It feels nice.

I do wish it had a better scent and was not so perfumed. It was too strong for my taste. It competed heavily with anything I wanted to wear. It should have been an 1/8th of the fragrance strength and more on the fruity side.
