The new growth is looking a lot better, and less breakage has been noticed. I still have it due to medications. I've noticed as well I can tell a difference if I miss a day or so, so be consistent for true changes.

That said, the conditioner was my least favorite of the three. It's thinner and less conditioning than I generally prefer, and the tube itself in is made of thin plastic and feels very squishy/cheap, which is harder to hold in the wet shower environment.
