[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using this shampoo for a couple of weeks and I have pros and cons. Pros. I like the scent, Pantene always makes products with good scents. Doesn't irritate my scalp which I really appreciate. I saw improvement on my hair but about on shiny and smooth hair. Really good. Cons. I didn't see a significant improvement about hair loss which looks like the main goal of this product.

I've noticed that also has strengthened my hair and at the same time provides volume and shine. I only use it from mid to ends and I leave it in and so far my hair doesn't feel greasy at all

Only noticed less she'd hair clogging drain after shower, so think helped a bit with that. It didn't condition the best, though. Even using a lot didn't feel like covered well and hair didn't feel moisturized afterward. My hands did keep getting tingly after showers using the shampoo and conditioner......

When Applying it has cooling affect that feels “stimulating” Absorbs fairly quickly, also easy to distribute. Doesn't leave a grease finish, but with frequent use, there can be a slight buildup, especially if you don't wash your hair regularly. To sum up, I have been using this approximately 6 weeks and for me it's more like a lightweight great cosmetic product than a real treatment in hair growth.

I can apply directly to the scalp without making a mess and it absorbs quickly. My hair feels softer and smoother after using it. I have used this for weeks, and it had definitely made my hair stronger. I have noticed less hair in my brush and the shower. It's not greasy, and as a bonus when you use it, it makes you look like you have more hair by pooping it up!

I pull my hair back a lot and this did feel like it helped my hair look less thin after a a month of constant use. It was very moisturizing but didn't make my hair oily or weighed down. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive been using this serum for the past 6 weeks applying it every other day instead of daily and for someone who is not a fan of serums I do genuinely like this one. First ill mention that the sensation is noticeable. It gives a pretty strong invigorating tingle (similar to a tea tree effect) which might feel a little intense at first. I like this because it helps me know where ive applied it. It makes my scalp feel stimulated and refreshed. The formula includes niacinimide and a pro vitamin complex which helps reduce oxidative stress and supports stronger hair at the root and i feel like thats made a difference. I did notice the scent initially leans a bit chemical when first applied but it dries down into a soft sweet floral like fragrance which is more pleasant. In terms of application, i prefer using it on dry hair. When i applied it to wet hair my scalp tended to look greasy but on dry hair it absorbed beautifully and leaves no residue. The serum itself is lightweight and not thick or sticky so once its on you barely notice it. As for results, i started seeing improvement around the 2.5 week mark with noticeably less shedding in the shower and on my brush. By around week 5 there was almost no hair left in my brush which was a huge change for me. It honestly motivated me to take better care of my hair overall. Packaging wise it comes in a beautiful glass bottle with a dropper, which gives it a really luxurious feel and makes application easy and precise. Overall, despite the strong initial tingle and scent, this serum has been extremely effective for me and I will definitely be continuing using it.
