I was able to comb through my hair easily and it reduced some of the frizz I had. It has the consistency of a medium thick like lotion. If you have split ends and depending on how bad your split ends are then this might help if they aren't severe. Overall I recommend this conditioner for fine or medium hair types.

There are tiny beads that melt into the hair to help prevent breakage. It smells slightly sweet, I like the fragrance. Hopefully in the future this will come in a larger size because I have a lot of hair and it's thick. My hair has been shedding but lost cannot tell because of the density of my hair. This conditioner with time helps to strengthen the hair from root to tip and I look forward to those benefits. It also made detangling in the shower easy.

Although my hair fall hasn't stopped, I can still see those baby hairs in the front growing back. One thing which I feel is unnecessary is the menthol effect - I don't know why it's important to give a sensational feeling to make believe that the product is working.
