It's a thicker conditioner, and doesn't take much product. My hair feels soft, smooth, and stronger after I use it.

I also love how it doesn't leave ur hair feeling oily or greasy! I've noticed significant hair growth on my temples where I was thinning. Definitely recommend it doesn't buildup or cause any breakage the menthol feeling leaves ur scalp feeling so fresh.
