It's so lightweight and doesn't leave a film on my hair, it's almost like I'm it's not even there! The consistency is runny like a serum and doesn't smell much. Feels refreshing on my scalp and doesn't affect my hair when I style it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using this every day on wet and dry hair. I found it made my hair very greasy. The formula is a thin serum Consistency. But overall was too much for my scalp. I found using it only on wash days , on wet hair gave my the best scalp results. Overall my hair did become greasy faster than when not using the serum at all. I ended up loving using it the night before hair washing day and only using it in direct hair errors of thinking in small doses. After several weeks I did notice my brush had less hair in it. The serum did not add any volume after blow drying. I did need to add my hair volume products. I didn't notice more hair or new hair growth. I could observe I only had less shredding and less hair loss in my brush.

It didn't take very much to cover my hair midst to ends. My hair is soft, easily detangled and my hair seems stronger, less breakage. The down fall is there iant as much product as their is shampoo.

I also noticed that my hair did not shed as much as it previously did with other brand names conditioners. My hair was manageable and it detangled it. Great absorbency!

It has a nice cooling effect that helps you know where you've applied it already and a very light scent. It didn't make my hair feel oily at all or leave any residue and dried fairly fast. I've noticed less scalp itchiness since I've been using it.

I'm obsessed with hair serums so I couldn't wait to try this, especially since the ingredients in this formula were new to me for scalp care. The Niacinamide and antioxidants in the formula help to relieve stress on the scalp and hair follicles so that you have less hair fall. The menthol in the formula leaves a slight tingling and cooling sensation on the scalp that is just heavenly…especially after a long and stressful day. The packaging is so luxe and ideal for a hair serum! The frosted glass bottle protects the formula while the dropper allows you to spread it along your hair line with the utmost precision so that you're not making a mess. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Serums usually make me nervous but this Pantene Pro V Abundant & Strong Daily Scalp & Root Serum surprised me and works great. Paired with the shampoo & conditioner is chefs kiss. I love how lightweight it is. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave your hair or scalp oily or greasy. I love how you can use it daily and on wet or dry hair. For me it worked great on non wash days but I would use it on wash days also. The dropper makes it so easy to get the amount you want and makes it easy to apply. It smells amazing. It does have a strong scent but it's not too overwhelming and I can sometimes be sensitive to stronger scents. Since I started using this whole line, I've noticed I don't lose as much hair and my hair overall seems healthier and stronger. This serum is by far one of my favorites I've ever used. I highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing again.
