The 2 oz bottle of Scalp & Root Serum was well packed in a beautiful box. The Scalp & Root Serum was effective in strengthening my hair. The Scalp serum is a liquid and it was easy to apply to my scalp with the droplet. After using the Serum for a month I noticed that my thin hair on top of my head had got thicker. My hair also have a nice shine to it and it strengthen my hair where there is no more breakage. While I love the beautiful scent, it reminds me of the beach, I don't like the film it leaves in my hair. It makes my roots feel dirty. I also don't like the cooling sensation it leaves behind. I will continue using the bottle up since there is a slight difference. I was hoping to notice more of a difference.

This serum is a life saver because it adds moisture to my scalp. It is non irritating and nonsticky. It doesnt make my scalp oily either. Highly recommend it!

Smells really good and when you apply to scalp you get a cooling sensation. Doesn't seem to make hair oily, dries pretty fast. I do have a sensitive scalp and it did make me itch alittle bit but not too bad. Seems like after using it I have much less hair loss and breakage, so I will say this product truly does help.
