It allowed me to easily comb out tangles, and left my hair shiny and soft. As part of a strengthening system, I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked because with similar products the conditioning b us usually light at best. This one's a winner. It smells good, and works well while helping to prevent breakage.

It's nice and thick so it doesn't take much to condition your scalp and hair. There's less tangles to deal with after us so it's easy to brush out your hair. It's easy to apply and rinse. I recommend trying it as a part of the system and as your hair routine.

As a curly haired girl that loses a lot of hair I really liked that this product didn't weigh down my hair or feel greasy on the head. Applied easily, absorbed quickly and didn't have a strong odor which I appreciated. It's on the watery side which I appreciated as this helps it feel light weight. Did it do much in not sure I like to use scalp treatments as prevention so I can't really say if it helped with regrowth of hair.
