Perimenopause is not being kind to my hair. This is so easy to apply - I was skeptical because my hair gets greasy from every product. But I put in on my roots as instructed after getting out of the shower - to wet hair. And after blow drying…, no grease! The shampoo one is double of the quantity of the conditioner, so probably your going to have to purchase another one. I haven't seen any changes on my hair and honestly the conditioner is a little bit heavy on the hair.
