My scalp feels refreshed and my hair looks healthier and stronger at the roots. I also like how easy it is to apply with the dropper. It's a great addition to my hair care routine.

The serum is not as watery as other scalp serums (ie. The Ordinary) which is nice sometimes because it doesn't drip onto my face as I apply the serum on my scalp. It doesn't feel too sticky on my hair and did not irritate or dry out my scalp. The scent is fragrant and sweet, but it does have a slight alcohol-chemical scent which don't bother me.

Some other conditioners feel like they leave a layer of product in your hair & this doesn't do that. It moisturizes my hair pretty well, but it still needs a hair mask or something similar at least once a week to really feel moisturized through the ends.

And it is lightweight, definitely not heavy. You apply it daily and rub it into your scalp. If you skip a shampoo, still apply the serum. My hair quality overall has improved. I color my hair no more than 3x a year and have curly hair that I straighten by blowdrying so I do have that damage. Ive continued using the product and I'll buy when it runs out..

Unfortunately, for myself, it looks like when I was using it it would leave a buildup on my scalp, almost like dandruff that I had to flake off my scalp. I did not see any growth or improvement of my shedding with this product.
