[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pantene root serum helps keep your new hair stay and healthy preventing hair loss, the consistency is just like a regular serum, a thin serum, it doesn't leave a greasy look, the only thing I didn't like was the high level of alcohol , alcohol is the first ingredient in the list and that means the serum is mostly alcohol, also it has a very strong alcohol smell

I have fine hair and it was hard to use without it getting on my roots and causing buildup/flakiness, no matter how little I used. So I mainly used it when I wouldn't be going out or the night before I washed my hair. I did notice slightly less shedding but I'm not sure if it was due to the shampoo and conditioner from this line or the serum. I did like the shampoo and conditioner but I don't think I'd repurchase this serum.

It is a little too intense for that for my hair type anyway. I love the product for how it makes my hair feel in the last couple months. It just seems healthier when I comb through it definitely has a healthier feel. Stronger and healthier! It is very rich and it does require a few minutes to really rinse everything out as to not leave a residue. On my no wash days it definitely keeps everything looking clean and not frizzy. Really happy with this product.

My hair was falling out. Since I started using it. My hair is not falling out anymore. My hair feels soft after washing. It smells really good. I highly recommend it. It's my new favorite.

You can actually see the pearls that reinforce the hair fiber and it doesn't weigh the hair down. It made my hair light as well as very soft. No tangles after the shower. It was very easy to rinse out of my hair, leaving no residue behind. It left my hair with very little breakage and even helped my hair grow after the 4 weeks. It is absolutely amazing and I recommend it.

The texture is nice- it almost looks like one of those exfoliating products that had the little beads in it but it's not exfoliating. It just kinda dried out my hair. For reference I have thin straight hair so i always had to use another product just to help comb out my hair after showering. I'll finish but wouldn't buy again.
