It has a rich and creamy formula, and after application I left it in my hair for 3 minutes. It made it more manageable and easier to comb through. I don't think the conditioner helped much with my thinning spots, but it did help strengthen my strands and led to less shedding and breakage. It has the classic fragrance I expect from Pantene. For reference, my hair is fine-textured, long, and straight.

I love love love this. Being someone who normally uses a hair oil to make my hair more manageable, I will say I dont need it on wash day after using this. Do I feel this helped with breakage? I would say yes. I would definitely spend my own money on it.
