[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I was super excited to try this serum. I heard of it first from the Abbey Yung method and she really loved how this serum worked. I really loved the cooling effect on it. I watched in her video how she said that was part of the design so that the user knew if the product made it to all of the scalp. So here's where minus stars come and to be honest I think it's probably my own user error. But it did seem to leave some residue on my hair and I didn't see much results with using it regularly.

I applied to the ends, left it for about 5 min, and then rinsed it out. It's thick and very creamy so it's hydrating. The scent is AMAZING!! It smells so good in the shower, and it even stays on after it dries. My hair does feel much softer, especially at the very ends, and it looks wayyy smoother! In terms of the shedding, I do still shed but it's much less than before. I just wish the packaging was bit better because I find it difficult to squeeze the product out sometimes.

The serum is easy to apply, there is sort of a warming sensation which I felt helped with even application. It will take a little time to see results, but after a few weeks I felt like I was seeing less hair in my drain and on my hairbrush. I'm excited to start seeing a noticeable difference in the thickness of my hair as the weeks go on!

It's very easy to apply using the dropper. You can use it before styling but I preferred to put it on my scalp before bed so I could really saturate my hair and not worry about product buildup.
