It doesn't create too much lather, but feels rich and smooth while applying. After rinsing, my hair felt softer, look stronger, and had much less frizz. I have used it almost exclusively after showering in the morning on my wet hair and for the most part have no complaints. I do feel like it has helped my hair to be stronger and not fall out as much as it was. But my one complaint is that it does cause some build up on my scalp after about a few weeks that I have to use a scalp scrub to get off. Sometimes if I don't rub it in good enough it can leave my hair feeling a bit crunchy in spots but overall I have not had any problems. I love the way it smells and I personally feel like it is helping my hair. I will continue using it to see if I keep noticing a difference
