The shampoo and conditioner made my hair extremely soft and very manageable. The smell was amazing too! My beautician said that all of these products made a difference in my hair. It rinsed out of your hair and made it feel really soft. I liked how scent isn't super strong after if dried. The only thing for me is I don't know if conditioner did anything for strength of my actual hair.
