It goes into damp hair at the scalp after washing and conditioning via a dropper applicator. There is no greasy residue left behind and the smell is so fresh and clean. It smells nice and it does condition your hair somewhat, but it's either because my hair is too long ( till my butt) or it's wavy, I don't get enough detangling that I would like from hair conditioner.

My hair feels stronger, and I've noticed much less shedding. It has a peachy scent, and the texture feels similar to a snail mucin serum. I apply it directly to my scalp and massage it in with a scalp massager so it can absorb better. What I really like about this serum is that it can be used on both wet and dry scalp. I especially love using it between wash days when I don't wet my hair. The peachy scent makes my hair smell clean and fresh, even on no wash days, and I like applying it at night before bed. Overall, this daily scalp and root serum has helped make my very damaged hair feel stronger and healthier.

My hair was very soft, manageable, had less breakage and there was noticeable growth in a few short months. The packaging was easy to use and I like that the dispenser is at the bottom to get all of the product from the container. It is noticeably smaller than the shampoo by volume but I used them at about the same rate so that shouldn't be too much of an issue. Overall, love it and will keep using it.

I liked how soft and smooth it made my hair and I even like the texture of the conditioner itself. It definitely helped with detangling without making my hair feel heavy. The scent was also really nice and lasted for a while after rinsing. I didn't notice a huge difference and strength or fullness with this product. It worked as well as a basic everyday conditioner. Results are more subtle than expected.
