[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Pantene Pro-V Miracles Abundant & Strong Scalp & Root Serum and it didn't work well for my hair type. It contains silicones, and since all the products in this line have silicones, they weighed down my fine, low porosity hair and made it get greasy faster. My hair tends to get flat easily, and I didn't notice any added lift or volume at the roots. It applied easily and didn't feel sticky, but it didn't give ms the light, fresh feel I was hoping for. It did however make my scalp get oily faster and the actual formula as cooling ingredients in it so it felt cooling on the scalp. However, I think the formula is too heavy for my hair type. The scent is really nice though and matches the rest of the line. Overall, it might work better for thicker hair, but it wasn't a good fit for me.

I have pretty dry color treated hair and my hair seems to like this conditioner! It has vitamins and antioxidants to strengthen hair.
