I can honestly say that it did work on strengthening my hair and I overall experienced less hair loss. The conditioner left my hair very soft and bouncy, thick (but in a very pleasantly positive way), and smelling so yummy. I really enjoyed the consistency of the product the most because it had like little bead-like things that were very different than your typical conditioners.

I used it with my fingers and massaged it into my scalp. Can't really tell if it's doing anything since starting in June. I wouldn't want to use it daily but before I know I am washing.

It's recommended to leave on for 1-3 mins but I leave it in for 5 since I have course hair. My hear is always soft after using it. I do notice less breakage since starting the Pantene regimen.

Leaves my hair soft , smooth and very easy to detangle. After using it along with the shampoo my hair looks overall healthier, shiny and more manageable.

The serum is super easy to use and we've actually already repurchased it. It doesn't leave your hair greasy because it honestly blends in so nicely. Purchase this item based on the huge number of reviews that were on the page. Try this for a while you didn't see a difference. After looking at the reviews and seeing that it was a promotional item from the influencers program form free and only two reviews were from actual customers that purchased this.

It has a lightweight watery consistency rather than being thick or gel like so it's easy to apply directly to my scalp. It absorbs quickly without leaving my roots feeling greasy, and my scalp feels a little more hydrated after using it. I'm looking forward to continuing using it to see how my hair responds over time.
