The serum has a pleasant, cooling sensation when applied to the scalp, allowing you to feel refreshed and knowing if you missed a spot. Sadly, it was too oily for my scalp to use. Despite claims of being safe for oily hair, it caused pimple breakouts all over my forehead and scalp line. I tried to use it for two weeks but eventually gave up. This was unfortunate, as I am sure the serum has more benefits than the other products in the line, and I loved the smell and sensation.

The Pantene conditioner and serum combination leaves hair sleek and glossy, while also providing sun protection to prevent dryness, brittleness, and damage; it features a pleasant fragrance as well. My hair had previously suffered from severe dryness and excessive shedding due to frequent dyeing and perming; however, after using this product set-just look at my hair now! It is soft and smooth, and I have noticed a significant reduction in hair loss after every wash.

It gives slight cooling, refreshing feeling. After using it consistently, I started noticing less hair fall during brushing and washing. Definitely recommend adding this serum to your haircare routine!

I leave it in for 1-3 minutes before washing it away and it leaves my hair feeling soft and shiny. I don't have frizz when using this product! I have been using this while pregnant and want to continue using the 3 steps in this line while postpartum to help avoid excess hair loss. I apply this product to my ends, not my scalp, so I am not sure if the conditioner helps with volume at all. I would recommend this product!
