Overall using it for 3 weeks i started seeing results as my bald spots were growing out. I do not wash it out as i apply it after washing my hair. It does not create voulume to the hair as it is just for the scalp. It also does not leave my hair oily I just let it dry out and it's smooth. My scalp and hair absorbs the product really good since it was dry before.
