It doesn't leave me hair feeling too gunky or like I have too much product on. It has a pleasant scent but doesn't linger or overpower your senses. The texture itself is runny but not super watery. It hasn't caused any irritation which is appreciated. I'm not sure I've seen any long term benefits of this thou. My hair is pretty much the same as before.

Now if you have severe damaged ends I will say it won't be a miracle worker but it does a good job otherwise. The smell isn't overpowering pretty mild so if you are looking something with more fragrance this might not be what you're looking for. This I feel does leave a slight build up on the hair shaft but not as bad in comparison to the shampoo. It's extremely hydrating and a great option for drier climates. I will say I feel it's a bit heavy for scalp usage as it takes a long time to rinse residue.

I don't know that my hair has grown significantly in length, but I have noticed it's way healthier since using this product. I'm also able to wear my natural curls with less frizz.
