Since I have fine hair, sometimes conditioners can be too heavy and leave my hair looking oily/greasy even right after washing. I feel that my hair looks fuller and soft but I'm still experiencing hair loss which is why I took a star off but I'm not seeing any split ends so I feel that it is helping to make my hair stronger. I was only able to use these products three times before I had to quit due to developing horrible and painful bumps on my scalp and hairline. I liked the scent and the way my hair felt softer and smoother after drying. As much as I wanted to love this product, it was not suitable for my scalp/skin.
