I used them twice just go give it a fair shot but it make my scalp feel very itchy. I will say that had that not been the case this would probably be something I could have used. They said has helped minimize the breakage which is in inter made my hair feel thicker especially at the end. I was not crazy about the smell honestly. It didn't smell great, but it didn't smell bad either. I don't think the conditioner did anything to hydrate my hair. I know it has niacinamide, but I was unimpressed with it, but it wasn't bad either.
