I love that it doesnt feel heavy weight. The scent is lovely and I am never going back. It is a consistent friend I can rely on to keep my PCOS hair under control.

I did use another Pantene conditioner with it. Maybe for other hair types the conditioner would work better. It does smell nice and the consistency is what it should be. It was easy to rinse out. I believe I got length because the conditioner kept hair from shedding. I recommend this.

I use this after washing my hair and focus more on my "problem" areas. I have noticed some regrowth which is good to see. It does have some menthal in it which leaves a nice cool tingly feeling overall really like. To see real results I think you'd have to use it for more than a month since hair can tend to grow slowly.
