Very easy routine to add after shampoo & conditioner. I feel it helps some with diminishing loosing hair and promoting growth when used regularly. I do recommended if you have thinning hair. Noticed that helps with breakage too. Highly recommended.

I thought it was gonna be a very heavy thick oil which is not so I do think that it's good for finer hair because putting it on your scale, you don't want to wait down or make it too greasy and oily. I haven't noticed a huge difference in my hair. I am going to continue to use it to see if my hair stops shedding like it was. I was on some weight loss and losing. I'm hoping this will help with that. Feel a little healthier as of now. I also noticed that it doesn't leave the hair crunchy or crispy after it dries which is really nice because I don't like residue buildup and that's honestly what clogs the hair follicle so I do like that. It absorbs pretty nicely.

Beautiful packaging, and being in a squeezy tube makes getting out the right amount easy. So far, it's doing ehat it says it will do. Hair does feel stronger.
