What I like the most is that it perfectly fulfills its function of untangling and softening the hair instantly, but with a formula so light that it does not leave the hair heavy or greasy. I barely had any frizz left and it washed off pretty well without leaving a heavy greasy feeling or residue in my hair. I did knock one star off just because I personally prefer a conditioner that is good at detangling and just kind of suck at that but that's probably user error since my hair is curly and always loves extra moisture
