I still love the product but I do not like that part. It feels cooling on the scalp and my hair feels and looks so much thicker and healthier. I use this daily despite how flaky the product becomes.

But honestly I'd skip this one guys. I find most Pantene shampoos wayyyyyy to drying on the scalp and hair so I was a little hopeful but not surprised by the results I encountered.

Which for me who has curly hair is a big deal. There was no heavy residue. It didn't weigh my hair down It also 100% helps with hair shedding and that was the most important part for me. I would say at least 50% less hair fell out using both the shampoo and conditioner. So I'm hooked.
