I will say that it was a bit heavy for my fine thinning hair so a dab will do you! I did use as an entire system with the shampoo & scalp serum & honestly did not notice a difference in my hair retention. However, this is the only product out of the 3 that did not seem to irritate my sensitive scalp.

Used it exclusively along with the Abundant & Strong shampoo and conditioner set. It leaves my hair smelling nice and actually feeling full from day 1. However sometimes the serum (have to use every day) makes my hair feel flat and the next day my hair feels dried out. But you can see improvements in the photos… totally unfiltered and no edits other than to crop them to fit on one photo. To use this product it says to dispense on scalp in different areas then rub it in. On days I've let my hair air dry, the product seems to make my hair not as fluffy, but even just minimal hair drying just on scalp makes my hair look fluffy.
