Although my hair is fine and thick rather than thinning, I am 50 and was experiencing a lot of hair fallout. This has definitely cut down drastically on the amount of hair that come out when I wash and condition. I saw a difference after the first use, and it has continued to reduce to the point of only about 3-10 strands per wash from the fist size clumps I had. I don't notice thicker hair yet, but in theory this should help since l'm not losing hair as quickly. After the first use, my hair felt dry but as I continued to use it, it felt more balanced. I would say my hair looks and feels a little more dry when I don't blow dry. I think that's partly because this contains alcohol denat as the first ingredient. It helps with absorption and this isn't greasy at all, but I usually avoid using it regularly since it can be drying. I think this works great and is a good value, but I am going to try using it less often than daily to see if it will still be effective.
